The company was established in July 2008 with a registered capital of 101.8 million yuan. It specializes in the manufacture of marine steel ships. The construction scale meets the CB/T3000-2019 production capacity requirements of the the People's Republic of China Ship Industry Standard. The company has passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and CCS factory evaluation, covering an area of nearly 300 mu and using a coastline of 521 meters. The total construction area is 139500 square meters. The estimated total investment is 0.457 billion yuan. The production capacity of annual shipbuilding 270000 dwt is formed.

The company's west factory area has a 100000-ton ship with a 400T large gantry crane, 280 meters long and 75 meters wide. One 80000-ton ship platform is equipped with a 200T large gantry crane, the ship platform is 300 meters long and 60 meters wide, and one 50000-ton ship platform is equipped with a 160T large gantry crane, the ship platform is 260 meters long and 40 meters wide. A large-scale international standard PSPC painting room is built in the east plant area, which is designed with two spraying and two coating functions. The total length of the workshop is 120m and the width is 45m, meeting the construction requirements of various types of international navigation ships. Sandblasting workshop equipment mainly includes LS400 screw conveyor (feeder), DG350 bucket elevator, roller screen, sandblasting machine, dust removal system, sand suction machine, etc. Environmental protection equipment includes cyclone separation filter cartridge dust removal system. The equipment in the painting workshop mainly includes four-season CDH18000 dehumidifiers, heaters, paint mist treatment boxes, and environmental protection equipment with VOCs activated carbon adsorption desorption + catalytic combustion devices. The three-span segmented assembly site, of which the second span is set in the open air, 200m long and 30m wide, with three gantry cranes such as 200T, large plate rolling machines, plate bending machines with processing capacity of 30mm thick, rib cold bending machines and other equipment respectively arranged on it; The other span is arranged as a numerical control processing and indoor assembly workshop, 190m long and 25m wide, equipped with 4 plasma numerical control steel plate cutting machines, which can realize the processing efficiency of 200 tons per day. In addition, the company has an independent production workshop, administrative office and dormitory building, construction area of more than 10000 square meters. The production workshop is divided into numerical control, hull processing, machining, welding assembly, pipe processing, coating and other blocks. The company's east factory area also has a 40000-ton ship outfitting terminal. The berth is 200 meters long, the platform is 20 meters wide, and the approach bridge is 197.35 meters long and 12.5 meters wide. The quay plane is equipped with three 25T-33m portal cranes.

The company has 25 senior professional and technical qualifications in ships, machinery and electricity, and more than 30 administrative personnel. The technical force meets the needs of various ship construction. For many years, Bandung has been mainly building CCS class ships, including bulk carriers, product tankers, large cargo ships, tugboats, container ships, large oil tankers, etc. Since its establishment, Bandung has built nearly 40 bulk carriers from 23000DWT to 85000DWT, with a cumulative delivery completion of more than 2 million dwt, among them, 82000DWT bulk carrier (new enterprise alliance), 76000DWT bulk carrier (zhenxiang 6), 169m electric propulsion bulk carrier (pan continent 6) and 53000DWT bulk carrier (QUEEN VIVIAN) are all international navigation ships.
